The transformer oil purifier machine operates based on the principles of decompression separation, precision filtration, spiral spray atomization separation, molecular adsorption, and vacuum drying technologies. The treated oil can meet national standards once again.
1.The oil first enters the pre-filter, where larger particles are intercepted.
2.After pre-filtration, the oil is heated to 60–65℃ by a heater to reduce its viscosity, then passes into the secondary filter.
3.The heated oil enters the vacuum spiral spray atomization system, forming an oil film after atomization. This significantly expands the contact area under vacuum. Under conditions of high temperature, high vacuum, and large surface area, the water content evaporates rapidly.
4.The steam released from the vacuum separator is cooled by the condensation system and discharged into the water storage tank.
5.Driven by the oil pump, the dehydrated and degassed oil passes through a fine glass fiber composite filter with a β value ≥1000, capturing residual particles larger than 3μm. The final output oil reaches NAS 5 cleanliness level.
